Reimagine the Watertank

Reimagining the roof top water tower as a repository of collective good, "Runneth Over" proposes the conversion of Portland's Chown Pella roof tank into a charitable piggy bank. Community organizations, non-profits and charities are invited to a virtual "residency" of the tank. Embedded LED lights on the outside of the tank mark progress towards the fundraising goal as the climbing digital water resgisters donations and threatens a celebratory spill over.
